WINTER ANTIQUES SHOW continued
Decorative Arts will be headed by a spectacular wrought-brass mantel clock designed by Bruce Talbert, c.1870. Also on offer, a variety of candelabras and electric lamps designed by W. A. S. Benson. Furniture will include Aesthetic Movement works by makers such as Collinson & Lock and Janes Shoolbred, as well as an Arts and Crafts table designed by the Scottish Architect Robert Lorimer.
Ceramics will centre on a collection of tile panels by William De Morgan. These include two extremely rare panels, one of a galleon in red lustre, another, in Persian colours, of an owl hovering over a crescent moon. We will offer Minton cloisonne vases designed by Christopher Dresser, in addition to ceramics made by Cox and Sons, Cottier and Co., and Della Robbia, among others.
