Bourne Fine Art, Edinburgh
Situated on Dundas Street, in the heart of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town, Bourne Fine Art has been dealing in Scottish art since 1978 when it was set up by Patrick Bourne. The gallery specialises in paintings and sculpture from the 17th century to the present day.
We deal in early Scottish portraiture from Ramsay and Raeburn, through to Wilkie and McTaggart and the Scottish Colourists. Contemporary painters and sculptors are also included - work by John McLean, Haidee Becker, Paul Martin and John Byrne are shown regularly.
Bourne Fine Art merged in June 2003 with The Fine Art Society of New Bond Street, London. Patrick Bourne has joined The Fine Art Society as Managing Director, and Emily Walsh now runs the Edinburgh gallery with the assistance of Fiona McAulay and Athina Athanasiadou.
